Engle enters the Hall in the coach or manager category. His career ended after the 2016 season as the state’s all-time leader in wins in boys soccer with 654 in 49 years at Leonardsville/Mount Markham. A member of the NYS High School Soccer Coaches Hall of Fame, Engle earned 19 league titles, 13 sectional championships, three state final fours and an appearance in the NYSPHSAA championship game in 1986. Engle was the Section III boys soccer chairperson from 1990-2015.
